1. Return Eligibility

   • There is no product return policy if the products has any issues it will be under warranty policy and carlcare will take care of this.

   • If the product is broken or missing while checking from delivery man then within 10 working days it will be sorted.

2. Refund Timeline

   • Refund requests take 10 working days to process after a refund claim is submitted.

3. Non-Refundable Items

   • Pre-Book and Pre-Order items are strictly non-refundable.

   • Used, damaged, or altered products will not be eligible for return or refund.
